Bull Signals is an entertainment and informational tool only. It is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment service. Nothing in the App — including prices, charts, candlestick charts, technical indicators, drawing tools, alerts, news, pre-market/after-hours data, the Fear & Greed Index, total crypto market capitalization, or any other feature — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, trading signals, or any other kind of professional advice.
Bull Signals does not predict, forecast, or guarantee what any stock or cryptocurrency will do in the short term or long term. We have no way of knowing whether any asset will go up or down in value. Past performance of any asset is not indicative of future results. Nothing in this App guarantees that you will make any money. You could lose money at any time.
All price alerts in this App are created and configured entirely by you. Alert notifications do not represent buy or sell signals, recommendations, or any indication that you will make money. Receiving an alert does not mean a stock or cryptocurrency is a good or bad investment. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
The App may automatically send "Fast Mover" push notifications when a stock or cryptocurrency on your personal watchlist experiences significant price movement. These notifications are calculated from third-party price data and apply only to symbols you have added to your watchlist. Fast Mover notifications include:
Each threshold level is sent at most once per period per symbol to prevent duplicate notifications. If multiple time periods trigger simultaneously for the same symbol (e.g., weekly, monthly, and yearly all at once), the first notification is sent immediately and subsequent ones are spaced at least 30 minutes apart. These notifications will NOT be sent if you have disabled notifications in your device settings (Settings > Notifications > Bull Signals) or if you have disabled notifications within the App's menu. Both Apple system notifications and in-app notifications must be enabled to receive Fast Mover alerts.
IMPORTANT: THE PERCENTAGE AND DOLLAR VALUES SHOWN IN FAST MOVER NOTIFICATIONS CAN BE WRONG. They are calculated from third-party historical price data that may be delayed, inaccurate, adjusted for stock splits or dividends, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. Percentage calculations are approximate and may differ significantly from values shown by your broker, financial data providers, or actual market performance. Mevo Studios LLC makes no warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any percentage or dollar values displayed in Fast Mover notifications.

The App provides interactive candlestick charts with technical indicators including, but not limited to, RSI (Relative Strength Index), SMA (Simple Moving Average), and Bollinger Bands. The App also provides drawing tools including horizontal price lines and trend lines.
All candlestick charts, technical indicators, and drawing tools are data visualization tools only. They are provided for informational and entertainment purposes and do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading signals, or any form of professional recommendation.
All chart data, including candlestick values (open, high, low, close), volume, timestamps, and all derived indicator calculations, are sourced entirely from third-party data providers including but not limited to Coinbase, Yahoo Finance, CoinGecko, and Kraken. This data may at any time be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or entirely unavailable due to third-party data source limitations, API rate limits, server outages, network issues, software bugs, calculation errors, or other factors beyond our control. The App displays a Crypto Fear & Greed Index and total crypto market capitalization on the Crypto tab. These metrics are sourced from third-party services:

The App displays pre-market and after-hours (extended-hours) price data for stocks when available. Extended-hours trading typically has lower volume and liquidity than regular market sessions, which may result in wider spreads, greater price volatility, and prices that differ significantly from regular session prices. Extended-hours prices may not reflect the opening price of the next regular trading session. This data is sourced from third-party providers (Yahoo Finance) and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose information. By using the App, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Apple's Standard EULA where applicable.
