Mevo Studios LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Bull Signals mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and disclosed when you use our app.
By downloading, installing, or using the Bull Signals app, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the app.
Bull Signals is designed to respect your privacy. We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the service:
Your watchlist, alert settings, groups, preferences, and any chart drawing annotations (horizontal lines, trend lines) created in the interactive candlestick chart are stored locally on your device. Technical indicator selections (RSI, SMA, Bollinger Bands) and chart period/interval preferences are also stored locally. If you delete the app, this data is permanently removed.
Your watchlist data is retained on our server only while you actively use the app. If you disable notifications or uninstall the app, your device registration is removed from our server. Local data persists only as long as the app is installed on your device. We have no ability to recover your local data after deletion.

We display banner and interstitial advertisements through Google AdMob to support the free version of the app. AdMob may collect and use certain data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, including:
If you allow tracking, AdMob uses this data to serve more relevant ads. If you decline, AdMob serves non-personalized ads only. Subscribers do not see ads and no ad-related data is collected for them.
AdMob also uses Apple's SKAdNetwork framework for ad attribution purposes. SKAdNetwork provides aggregated, non-personally-identifiable conversion data to advertising networks without revealing any user-level or device-level information.

The app includes the Google User Messaging Platform SDK, which may be used to present consent forms to users in regions that require it (such as the European Economic Area under GDPR). This SDK helps manage ad personalization consent preferences. For more information, see Google's UMP documentation.
The app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver push notifications for price alerts. Firebase may collect certain technical data such as device type, operating system version, and app instance identifiers. This data is used solely for message delivery and app functionality, and is not used for advertising or tracking purposes. For more information, see Firebase's Privacy Documentation.
The app fetches live price data, chart history, candlestick (OHLCV) data, and market metrics from:
These requests contain only stock symbols, coin identifiers, or general market data queries. For your watchlist, only the symbols you have added are sent. The "Top 7 by Mkt Cap" feature in the Orbs view also queries CoinGecko's public market rankings endpoint (no personal data is sent). The Fear & Greed Index and total crypto market cap requests contain no personal data. No personal information is transmitted to any of these services. Data from these APIs is used across the app including the watchlist, charts, interactive candlestick charts, technical indicators (RSI, SMA, Bollinger Bands), alerts, Orbs view, "Magnificent Seven" grouping, "Top 7 by Mkt Cap" crypto rankings, Fear & Greed Index display, and total crypto market capitalization display.
The app fetches news headlines from Yahoo Finance RSS feeds. When you view news for a symbol, the app requests the RSS feed for that ticker. No personal information is sent with these requests.
The app offers an auto-renewable monthly subscription ($3.99/month) to remove all advertisements and unlock additional features. This transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or have access to any payment or billing information.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
When you first open the app, iOS will ask whether you allow Bull Signals to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. This permission (App Tracking Transparency) controls whether Google AdMob can access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to serve personalized ads.
You can change this choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Subscribers are never shown this prompt, as no ads are displayed to subscribers.
Bull Signals does not independently track users across third-party websites or services. We honor Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. If you have disabled tracking on your device via Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, third-party ad services such as AdMob will serve only non-personalized ads.

We do not sell personal information. The only data we store on our server is your device token and watchlist/alert configuration, which cannot identify you personally. To remove all data, disable notifications and uninstall the app. To opt out of personalized advertising by AdMob, adjust your device tracking settings as described above.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, as well as the right to restrict or object to processing. The data we store (device token and watchlist) is not personally identifiable. You may delete all app data by uninstalling the app, and you may control ad personalization through your device's privacy settings. The Google User Messaging Platform may present a consent form to manage your ad preferences where required by law.
Bull Signals is available worldwide. By using the app, you understand that certain third-party services (Google AdMob, Firebase, CoinGecko, Yahoo Finance, Coinbase, Kraken, FearGreedChart.com) may process data in countries other than your own. These services maintain their own privacy policies governing the transfer and processing of data.
Bull Signals is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Nothing in this app — including prices, charts, candlestick data, technical indicators (RSI, SMA, Bollinger Bands), pre-market/after-hours data, the Fear & Greed Index, total crypto market capitalization, news, alerts, or any other feature — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading signals, or any form of professional recommendation. The Fear & Greed Index is a third-party sentiment indicator and does not predict future price movements, does not guarantee profits, and does not constitute financial advice. All data is sourced from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Nothing in this app guarantees that you will make any money. You could lose money at any time.
